CCD (Concealed Carry Draw)

This Course is designed with the LTC holder in mind. A lot of people get their Texas LTC but don’t train to become better shooters let alone train to be able to get to the handgun when the time comes. And in a deadly threat situation TIME matters.

This course is meant to give a better understanding of how to draw your handgun from a concealed position.

In the classroom we will go over clothing choices as well as holsters and other equipment. We will also go over proper mindset when carrying a handgun.

On the range we go over techniques on how to manipulate your clothing and present your handgun efficiently and effectively. We will also work on drawing from different directions, turning while drawing, and engaging from different positions.

This is a 6 hour course, you will need your handgun, a quality concealable holster (If you have more then one, bring them), extra magazines w/ mag holder, and 250 rounds of ammunition. Bring water and snacks.

Close Engagement Course

This is an Advanced Course and is designed with the LTC holder in mind. The objective is to have a better understanding of how to address a deadly threat that is already close to you and you don’t have time to find cover or escape. We often practice shooting at a target on a square range with our gun already out in our hand or set on a table. It is very rare to actually practice drawing and addressing at close range while making sure we maintain control of our handgun or even having to block an attack while using deadly force with one hand. We will teach you how to do this using a crawl, walk, run style of teaching.

This will give you a breakdown of the steps all while building the much needed confidence to use these types of techniques.

Items needed:
Handgun,
A quality concealed or unconcealed holster
At least 200 rounds of ammunition. (May not use all 200)
Bring water and snacks, this is a 4 hour course and we will be on the range the entire 4 hours.
